Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) is a leading Fertilizer and Chemical manufacturing company with Nav-Ratna status. It is a premier profit-making Central Public Sector Undertaking with two operating units: one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai.
Applications are invited for the engagement of a total of 165 Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, and Trade Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended from time to time, for training at Trombay, Mumbai.

Important Notes
- Reservations: SC-33, ST-26, OBC (NCL)-18, EWS-32, Unreserved-56. Total-165.
- Concessions and Relaxations:
- 4% relaxation for PWBD candidates.
- 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST and PWBD in final selection.
- Age relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PWBD: 10 years, Children/Family members of the victims of 1984 riots: 5 years.
Eligibility
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old as on 01.07.2024.
- Qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institute as a regular full-time course.
- Allied branches of diploma in engineering are not applicable.
- Candidates with Act Apprentice training or job experience for a year or more are ineligible.
- Must possess passing certificate/final year mark sheet of the required qualification by 01.07.2021.
- Date of passing of the final qualifying exam should be on or after 01.07.2021.
Stipend
- Technician (vocational) apprentice or Vocational Certificate holder: Rs.7000/- per month.
- Technician apprentices or diploma holders: Rs.8000/- per month.
- Graduate apprentices or degree apprentices: Rs.9000/- per month.
Posting of Training
- Training will be provided at TROMBAY, MUMBAI as per the company's requirements.
Mode of Selection
- Merit list based on percentage criteria and applicable reservation.
- Candidates from the merit list will be called for document verification.
- Only after successful document verification and contract approval, candidates will be appointed as Apprentice Trainee.

- Uniform and safety equipment will be provided by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.
